2010 Puma – Bilge (A-10 panel) & DLX panel issue

I posted on the BCB owners board as well.

My bilge stopped working. Was intermittent and then quit – both manual and auto. Pumps are good so I think it may be in the A-10 panel. My DLX panel is now also intermittent with the red lights really faint when I push the button. Worst case is replacing both DLX and A-10 panels, but I’m thinking there must be a loose connection somewhere. My questions –

    1. Do these two panels share wiring at some point? If so, where?
    2. All buttons on my A-10 work except the bilge. Is there a way to test the bilge button to see if it is bad?
    3. If the A-10 is bad, I noticed there is an ITI Premium Touch Panel that combines both A-10 and DLX pad functions. Is that a better panel and will it fit my 2010 wiring w/out needing to rewire everything?

    Thanks.

Might be worth a try just giving the terminal block mounted on the transom a once over just to eliminate a possible grounding issue.

Have you checked the wires going into the connector. They will back off. I had this on the common power wire and was getting nothing off the panel. Check both sides of it

Wilco. I am almost finished w/ the terminal block. I had to order some connectors and they just came in. I'm hoping the block was the issue for it was very corroded and one of the positive wires was very brittle and easily broke when handled. Fingers are crossed.

Great call. Replaced the terminal block and a few connectors that looked suspect, and both panels work as they should. Thanks!
