    No side imaging after update.

    Installed latest update on HDS live 12 and now no side imaging. The screen moves but no images. Help please.

    How did you test on the water or on the trailer? you cannot see SS out of the water if that is the case. Was it 23.3 software? Did you update the AT box also

    I did the latest update on the Unit and AT box. The boat was in the water today.

    Go to Installation and make sure the transducer type has the AI3-1 selected if unknown select the AI3-1 and you will be running. Make sure Channel 2 is turned on.
