Coming Soon - Rental house on Kerr lake

Hello,

I'm new here so if this is the wrong place for this post I apologize. I'm planning on renting my house at Kerr lake. It's 2br, 2 full bath. Sleeps up to 6 people. It has three garage bays, 2 are heated. Also, 3 covered carports big enough for boats hooked up to trailers ready to go and power hooks ups in all garages/ carports for charging batteries.

It's only 5 miles from a boat ramp and a short walk to my floating dock from the house.

What are people paying per night for something like this and are any of y'all interested?
