The flu is no joke, I think having “The Swine Flu” was as sick as me and the Mrs have ever been. It took me months to get well. Prayers for you and yours as you heal.

This is why I've taken the flu shot every year for the past 25 years. It won't necessarily prevent the flu but it does reduce severity and hospitalizations.

I work in an ICU, and quite honestly the Covid pts we’ve had the last several months by and large do well.

For whatever reason, we’ve seen a ton of sick people with RSV and some really oddball flu and other respiratory virus variants who’ve been in bad shape. I’ve done ICU almost 28 years, haven’t seen anything like this in my area.
