My issue is not being able to down on my 3&1 transducer

^ This is not enough info. Do you mean when you go to Pages, there is no Downscan icon? Or when you hit Downscan there is no image? Can't help if you don't provide detail. Same for the OP, no image or no icons?

Correct hds live 12 when I go to pages there is no icon for downscan or side scan

Update to latest software go to Pages, Settings, System, Advanced Features and turn on StructureScan

What does the source at the top of the screen say? Do you have other StructureScan sources on your boat? How are your units connected? Are you talking about the Ghost 3in1 nosecone like the OP, a separate 3in1 or a different transducer?
