Metal boat shed prices?

I'm moving to the Charleston area soon, just got back from looking at houses. I appreciate the replys to my previous questions. I just got back from house hunting and it looks like I'll be needing a metal boat shed ( which seems to be everywhere but the houses I looked at ). Anyone put up a shed recently? Trying to get a ballpark price, don't have any idea if it's $10,000 or $40,000. Any dealer recommendations? I see some DIY kits online, which I could probably do, but can't do concrete a pad or drive. Appreciate the help!

Carolina Carports would be a good choice but you will more than likely need to get it permitted. Carport style or fully enclosed?

Not sure yet, would depend on the house we get. Hoping to just need a carport as almost all the houses we have looked at have sheds already but if no shed, may need it enclosed. I've been online and it looks like $8000 -9000 might get a 12 x 24 , but I'm estimating concrete work
