Pro’s and Con’s

So I have a 2012 Skeeter Zx 200. Since upgrading the trolling motor to 36 volt and adding 2power poles and of course 3 new 12” graphs with Live Scope and Mega 360, I’m Considering flashing my 2012 200 SHO Since I’ve added so much weight to the boat. Anybody ever regret doing it and what kind of performormance should I expect? Will I need to change props?
