If our population gets any fatter, they will be selling shoes that are wider than they are long in the near future!

Treads in the back for when the old lady has you backed into a corner and climbing the walls.

For the man who can seamlessly transition from bocce ball to spurring a bareback.

I have quadruple E width. Skechers carries reasonable priced. They opened an outlet in town and my Gf bought me 2 pairs for my birthday. Anything to get me in the store so she could add to her collection. I scored a pair of work shoes also. The Cabelas brand hiking were also wide.

So old farts can seriously dig in their heels when being dragged towards using FFS.

It might be a way to use one shoe to kick the other off the foot without damaging the back of the shoe. My Timberland slip on work boots have a hard rubber spine for that ...

Been wearing NB for the last 15 years because of price and comfort but never white ones, wife would not allow it. Grip on the back is so your feet don't slide off whatever they are propped up on.

Looked them up. They are a crazy popular women's shoe. One reviewer claimed to own 10 pairs.

How do you like the Hokas? I might buy a pair of those or OCs before the Classic as that's a long, long week and I am standing all day each day normally.

Congrats on dragging FFS into a thread about old farts and tennis shoes.

I love my New Balance shoes and don't understand the hate for them. They are the most comfortable tennis shoes I have found plus very lightweight. I bought 4 pair 4-5 years ago extra wide and they are going strong. I have 2 gray, 1 black and 1 dark blue. I don't like the velcro type so mine are all lace up.

It's not really hate but rather jealousy.

Not everyone can pull off the look, especially in the white.

Iím a NB Cross Trainer Dude used to be my favorite workout shoe but have switched to Hokas because of a persistent problem with Plantar fasciitis.
