My 36v 40 ah battery Is 30 lbs, so this one will be in the 40 lb class.

It's going to be around 20" to fit all the cells.

If so that’s a huge battery, and much larger than the name brand batteries

That much space is needed to get the capacity. I did the math and it will take over 200 cells to build. Chances are the "name brands" aren't making a true 60ah

Oh I see now where you see the 13”. Yeah I’m not sure what they are.

Yes please, there is a big difference between 13" and 21" for most bilge's. Especially if someone wants to run two of them. I already know 2 21" batteries would not fit on one side of my ZX bilge due to the raised PP Pump/Oil Tank/whatever platform Skeeter uses. They for sure won't fit North/South, and tbh I don't think even one would fit putting long side East to West even, because of the aluminum transom reinforcement brackets - thanks

I just texted the company and was told that the listing is correct not the spec sheet. So they are 13" and 40lbs Plus the response to the text was almost immediate.

Does anyone have a recommended (brand) 36v charger? Not one of the combo units like the Ionic.

Also interested, one that will charge two 36v in parallel? I know Monster Marine makes a 12v single bank + 36v single bank - amost $400 iirc. I've got a great 460PCL currently but of course it's not much use for a 36v setup :).

If you just need a single 36v charger this one looks good 36V 15A Battery Charger - Epoch Batteries for $159 and waterproof.
