    Lake fork damage

So far numerous boats have broken their crappie brakes off of their boats. Two for sure are Milliken and J T Thomkins. I was watching them replace pieces and parts on Thompkins boat. Millikens they had to remove completely.

John Soukup punched a hole in his new Blazer. A boat is on the way from the Tulsa area. He was rolling over a stump. The stump punched through the hull. It was described as an 8" hole.

Just a normal day on Fork. Those stumps get a lot of boats. All brands too.

Milliken broke one at Toledo Bend on Day 3 and I'm pretty sure it was still taped and ziptied to the Power Pole on Day 4.

All this crap hanging off of boats will get broken off. I have poles and they can be a pain in the lakes we fish with all the trees. It is crazy how much all this stuff costs.

    That is for sure.
When BoatWrx was open we were down there and they had his old boat he traded in on the Caymas he ran.
Think it was his Triton. That thing was beat to hell.
But it is a tool for him. Not like most of us.

A 20 mph (or more) north wind makes big waves on Fork. Wave picks the boats up and they slam down on the stumps... Could be lots of broken stuff today and tomorrow.

The crappie brakes always seemed like they were bound to break in rough water to me. The power poles clearly aren’t designed to handle extra weight.

The ones I install ,attach to the bracket, not the pole.
