Legal MJ dispensary opened just across the state line.

Rec weed is legal in Missouri but not here in Arkansas. Thye just opened a "Flora Farms" right across the state line. Passed by there Saturday afternoon on my way to Wally World which is a 1/4 mile away.

They have drive through and there were a line of cars waiting for the drive through that went around the building, worse than a Chick Fillet line. Parking lot was full.

Talk about a license to print money!

You can do a search for Flora Farms if you want to check their inventory.

Not an MJ user myself, to each their own.

Medical legal here and you would never know it. When I go back to The ATL, you would think it is legal for use out in the public.
Just be kind to one another. It really is that simple.

Michigan has had Rec for a couple years. When you drive into Michigan on all freeways the billboards are mostly for the weed stores. Ohio did legalize it but I don't think they are open for sales yet. People come from all over to stock up. A little town by me has 4 stores. They are packed all the time. Interesting thing is everything is a cash business. They have a ATM inside for convience.

Like said the new stuff is really potent. ( so I hear ).

I hear the same thing. If I was going to indulge I'd probably go the gummy route.

Monroe, Ohio has 5 weed stores all within 2 miles of each other. 2 of those stores are brand new construction same name on the store fronts. One on east side of I75 and one on the west side. They are always busy busy when I pass them.

It should be legal everywhere. Hard to believe people are all up in arms over the legality of certain things and be totally silent about the fact Marijuana is illegal in our country because of racism.

We don't have rec weed here in SC, but you would think we did.

Talk about printing money, the business to open around here would be the MJ dispensary/Lottery ticket store/payday loan center. But the fed would be forced to bring back the $1000 dollar bill for that.

Not saying that's not true but I have quite literally been hearing that since the 80s.

That's becuase it is illegal at the federal level. Since banks due business across state line and are regulated by the federal government, that have to stay away from it.

The real money to be made is in the cops waiting for customers to head home and then bust them for possession

It's true. I prefer the gummies as (for me at least) they mellow me out without the psychotic factor that strong smoked weed has on me. I eat half of a 50 mg gummy and I'm good with that. Almost always a Saturday night after everything's done and I have nowhere to go. 99% of the time I fall asleep on the couch. I have zero desire to play at the Snoop Dogg/Willie Nelson level

That's when the strength increase began... or so I've heard.

One of my former coworkers, used to work in Colorado during the summer for the forest service. He had some friends out there that were in the weed business when it first became legal. The banks wouldn't even allow them to deposit cash from their business. He said the guy ended up buying a house and just started stacking cash in it. He claimed he hired ex special forces guys to guard the house as there were millions of dollars of cash in it.

Legal weed stores are not yet open in Ohio and, unlike in some other states when it was legalized, the medical weed stores have not been permitted to sell weed to anyone. The reason is that our legislature is dragging its feet on purpose in an attempt to circumvent the will of the voters. They are looking for any loophole to modify and restrict the law that was passed last year. Everyone knew that the law was going to pass, so the mechanisms to implement it could have been in place long ago. My wife and I are not weed or THC users, but the people spoke and the legislature is doing its best to restrict their will.

This surprises me (that it's not legal in SC) since we took a family trip out to Myrtle Beach this past summer and about every 50 feet you walked it smelled like someone just ran over a skunk. The elevators in our condo where we were staying must have been a hot spot for smoking it as well since you'd just about get a second hand high going from the 6th floor down to the ground floor.

    THCA

Smells just like it because it basically is it. A loophole in the hemp laws allows this to prevail where the real thing isn't legal yet. Google it.
