Has anyone ever replaced a steering housing on a non quest 112 ultrex? Mine broke in half last week, have parts ordered and was wondering if it was pretty simple to replace? Thanks

If you are going to replace the steering housing, you have to take the head off the troll motor you have to disconnect the steering cables from the steering moduleYou have to remove the rap drum protector and the rap drum cover. Then slide the module off the shaft.

The worst part is the steering cables. You might take a picture and mark them when you take them lose
