    Lure ID help

Found this lure in my latest acquisition and can’t seem to find any info on it
    I’m thinking it’s a promotional item

Its just less than a 1/4 oz and 2-3/4’ long

With it having the Shimano Blue and the Name on the sides I still think it’s a promotional item
