    Tilt switch at bow

Got a stratos boat tilt switch at bow works going up but not down.
bought new rocker switch still not working. Trim works fine at helm and on engine what gives?
Are all three wires going to switch power? I know white is power but what about green and yellow?
    asking for a friend.

Every boat I’ve seen is blue sky (up) and green grass (down) positive at the center terminal of the switch.

No. They provide + 12 volt power to the trim relay coil, the circuit goes to ground through the relay.
These two wires go back to the shifter and connect into the motor circuit with bullet connectors. That could be a failure point but I have not seen it happen on a boat as new as yours.

I would say you have an issue with the wire that goes to the "DOWN" position.
From what you said, you have "Power" to the center terminal
Then when pushing the switch to the "Raise" position, motor trims up. (Note: the terminal being energized is opposite of the switch position.)
So there is an issue with the wire going from the switch to the connection point to the other "Down" wires.

More or less what Bill said!
