looking to do a little more exploring is summer and was wondering if this ramp is public and if it suitable for a 21 foot boat

You can put in at Cullen Park. Tim is right about halfway creek. I've launched there few times, but it's always a gamble leaving your vehicle and trailer there. Pretty secluded area and not many people around.

Interesting. Never heard of that one. I looked it up. My uncle lived out on Point Place for years. It used to flood when the wind blew the water in. He had a beautiful view until they built the big berm across the street. No more flood or view. Loved going there when I was a kid probably 60 years ago.

Nowater2shallow is correct. Halfway Creek is in Michigan and Cullen ramp is in Ohio. If you look up the bait shop "Fisherman's Cave", that is the road you turn down to get to the boat ramp.
