    I recognize that tail profile. I am digging in my tackle to see if I have any left, hopefully in an original package.

    I Googled a picture of it and got a lot of close but not quite it replies. The tail and the scales on the back are unique from everything I found. The scales remind me of something....Mann's perhaps.

    I found some in my stock of soft plastics. Unfortunately, they were in a plain zip-lock bag. I also took a picture and did an image search. Still no luck. Seems to be long out of production. I do like the narrow back half of the bait. Most current soft jerkbaits have a thicker cross-section.
