Yep it's a good bait. I've been trying to find a mold very close to it so i can make them since i make my own plastics anyway.

I use them some. Catch a lot of bass on it. I would love to get a mold for a 3 inch version for bass.

I use them mostly for panfish and at times other species strike them including bass a catfish. I usually remove one of the tail though though not always:

I use them 95% of the time. Occasionally have to go to something with a little less action.
