    Does Phoenix not come with a ladder? My fxr came with this late... It's easy to use. Very sturdy. Great product.

    I believe they only come with the standard manual jack plate ladder. If you go hydraulic plate or get poles there is not a ladder that they offer. I’ve seen these on skeeters too.

    Mine came with a ladder but I also have a manual jackplate.
