Do they ask are you gay, that’s a relevant question I believe to our health more so than weapons.

Why would it be relevant to a medical doctor??? Ask any medical doctor about mental issues and they will send you to someone else. it's NOT their field.

Maybe it also has something to do with what drugs they may prescribe, we have all heard all the side effects warnings with drugs including suicidal thoughts etc.

No. I haven't been subject to this yet but I have friends that have. Eventually this kind of questioning will be commonly required and will be used to further AI diagnose and evaluate your home environment, family life, relationships, mental health, business practices, buying practices and your hobbies/general activities. All of which can/will be used to adjust your health, home, and auto insurance premiums and potentially your taxes as you're deemed a high risk or suspicious individual. Put on your tin foil hat and get over it

Sure read the list of warnings.

    Here’s the list for Aspirin

My stepdad was living with my wife and I took him to his urologist about 4 years ago and some of the same questions, weapon, depressed, do you feel confused, emotions of a woman or man. I don't fault him as he was a great Army Dr. He asked for our reply and he typed exactly what my dad said. To the Hospital Administrator, ....
    lol

Dr. said he gets that from a lot of the vets. I saw him at the grocery store. He has retired and told me he had enough of the liberals invading patient's privacy....

Have never been asked the weapons question but was asked if I was still had an active sex life. Was asked once when the nurse was going through all the questions if I've ever had thoughts on harming myself or others, I told her "myself no...but I've got a list" She said she did too

Florida passed a law banning them from asking or putting it in medical records unless medically necessary.

I don’t have a problem with them asking stupid questions. Lots of stupid people out there that have no business owning weapons.

And a medical doctor is qualified to make that determination?
