Doctors do not heal guns, gunsmiths do that. PIZZ up a wet rope on the weapons question.

How would they know unless you self-admit? Is it a felony if you have weed and own a weapon?

Kind of strange, I've never seen one gun questions on any Dr. question sheets.
Except at the vet, they did ask if I have a bird dog.

Wait till they ask you(male) if you are planning on becoming pregnant in the next 90 days.

My dr has to ask me all those questions once a year to assess my well being.! I was a smart ars on one occasion and it was explained to me that it has to be done.! When I questioned as to why all I got was a blank stare and I backed down.!

On average 75 Americans commit suicide each day by using a firearm so yea, it’s as relevant as asking you if you’ve had any recent falls.

Answer yes, in fact the ink pen I'm writing with can be considered a weapon.

The question of do you own a weapon is too vague. I've seen that question before and I always though they was wanting to know in case you was ever treated for a mental illness or a similiar issue.

    No, it isn't.

A fall is an actual, existing, health issue.

    Owning a weapon is not.

Your failure to see this distinction is an example of the very problem.

I to questioned that request, and a couple of others. The Doctor told me that is is a REQUIREMENT for Medicare. What a bunch of BS. As clayshooter, I too added a lot of BS answers to the survey.

Anything else is none of their business.
Thank you for the reminder to rewatch all of the Monty Python movies this winter.

I am on Medicare and my docs have never asked me about owning weapons, but he keeps asking me to do a wellness check with some nurse type. I told him that is why I see him, not the nurse.

Shouldn't be relevant unless they or someone has already diagnosed there is a mental health issue.

It was my first visit when I turned 65. All the BS question was unbelievable.
    Can you shop for yourself?
Can you drive to your appointment?
    Do you own a weapon
What you want to be called?
