There's more than 2 spots? Nixon was holding one of them, which Lee took? That's one of those rules that BASS kind of keeps under the cuff? You can bet if BASS can free one up someone else with legend points from BPT will be coming.

According to Elite Series rules, up to two Legends qualifiers can be added to the Elite field size per season. When compared with the other anglers who inquired about a Legends exemption, Lee had the most points based on his two Bassmaster Classic titles.

We all know David for fishing tournaments and working for manufacturers doing design work. But I know him to be one of the hardest working pros doing promo's. Probably the hardest. Genuine nice guy too.

But you may not know how much sweets that guy can eat. We worked a consumer show a few times together and this particular dealer , boat and tackle dealer, served a smorgasbord of home cooked game and tables full of deserts. He spent all day with a plate in his hands LOL

Said his hard work farming kept him fit. Just a good guy to spend a few hours with.

Supposedly the BPT extended their deadline on deposit refunds to Monday and there may be some more BPT names dropping out.

You may be correct , but no one else has multiple classics do they or AOY , and cliff has done moved so seems only right !

I'm not sure that Skeet will come back or get to come back.

Interested to hear your take on that. Did he burn bridges, or just not competitive? Between Casey Ashley, Mark Davis, Ott DeFoe, Edwin Evers, Randy Howell, Alton Jones, Takahiro Omori, or Skeet Reese would be my guess one of those guys goes.
