    Which Garmin for Livescope?

Getting ready to add a Garmin to the bow for Livescope LVS34
should I get the 126 on sale for $1500 or will I regret not buying the 1222 it’s $500 more and I feel like I’m getting more for my money with the 126 on sale I’m currently running Lowrance HDS Carbon 12’s on the console and bow
    Thanks in advance

I'd say the 126 also.....this past summer I got the 1224xsv on discount....tried to set it up in my shop and was not crazy about the non-touch screen. Guess I'm spoiled to touch screen units....returned it it and got my money back.....personally I rather touch screens....

    I agree.
I have 3 touchscreen units on my boat.

My buddy down the street has a 1222 that is dedicated to Livescope. He’s still using Lowrance HDS units for mapping.

Every time I try to do anything on his 1222 I’m always trying to tap on the screen that isn’t a touchscreen.

$1500 is the clearance price for the Echomap Ultra 126sv’s that were packaged with the old transducer (gt-54). They’ve been sold out of that at Bass Pro for a few months.
