Reverse the hook up to see if you have the same results.
    Should have 95 air 109 fuel, + or - 1, 14.2 PSI spread.
If those reading are correct have some issues, there.
What are the pressures at 5, 10 and 15 seconds after shutdown?
Be sure the gauges and connections are not leaking.
    Get some gauges 0-150 psi!
I have no confidence in harbor freight for something like this.
McMaster-car is a good source, MSC is another one. I prefer 4 in, better resolution. Run you about 50.00 bucks each for good ones
That just the gauge, still need lines and adaptors.
For my set I used #3 steel braid line with the appropriate fittings to connect to 1/4 pipe

    Ok, worse info.

    I compression tested the engine. In order, 115, 105, 115, 115, 115, 0.

I have a boy on high-school fishing team, need to be back on water by December 2 (next tournament). What would yall do? I don't have funds for a new motor...

    Options to consider include:

    -Rebuild current powerhead

    -Reman or New Powerhead

    -Full-Dressed Powerhead and Tuner

    -Repower with new engine.

There is a good price on a used motor in the motors for sale section.

Does anyone have any recommendation on a rebuild kit? I'm going to start checking fuel pumps and everything I can to see what caused this. Will know more today what the actual damage is, I'm pulling the head this evening after work.

What oil have you been using? The oil in the compressor looks blue . Optimax oil is brown. Maybe the cause.

Took the head off today to inspect the cylinder. Part of the sleeve below the exhaust port broke off and beat around inside the cylinder.

Though DFI is the recommended oil PP is an acceptable alternative.

Looks like rebuild time for your engine. :(

Looks like the Locating pin may have come out allowing the ring to rotate.

Inspect the exhaust port carefully. Bet you find evidence that the piston ring hung in the port (most of that carnage "looks" like pulverized piston-ring damage).

If so- very likely a cold seizure.

If you look carefully at the exhaust port in the upper portion of the photo, there is a chunk of the sleeve missing near the end of the sleeve
