Original owner of a 2004 Champion 198 Elite. The travel cover that came with the boat is still in unbelievable shape but the straps are in need of replacing. I can sew new sections on the male buckle end and am looking for the proper 1 inch webbing strap material that will last like the original straps.

Try Bass Pro Shops replacement straps. You can get them fairly reasonable including the male and female snap connect buckles.
