    Ranger Comanche 481VS Propeller Recommendations

    Hello Ranger Owners,
    Just purchased 1997 481VS with 175hp EFI
    with Quicksilver Jack plate…motor has a 4 blade
    24p prop….which I can easily turn up past 6,000 rpms
    I know this prop is wrong for this boat and I need some
    prop suggestions from those of you who have
    similar Ranger models….

    25 tempest runs the best on my 461 vs, with the same motor, I tried a 24 fury, but it didn't give me enough lift and it really fell on its face with a load, or running heavy, you'll be very happy with the tempest

    1996 461VS, no jackplate,but a Tempest Plus 25P is the BEST prop.Awesome hole shot and great top end also.1998 Yamaha VMax 175.
