    For the security conscious...

I mentioned a while back that I had purchased a Dashcam called the OwlCam. While fishing today, it sent a notification to my phone that it had detected movement. I immediately opened the app and live viewed the interior of my truck. If you leave it on the dash (which I don't) you'll be able to see inside and out of the truck. I didn't see anything. The unit has never given me a false alarm and the fish weren't biting, and I was wondering if maybe someone had hit my truck or trailer. So I headed in.

Upon getting back to my truck, it appeared that large bird of some sort decided to land his sorry butt on my truck, and along with his 3 toed footprints, he left a few bits of processed food! I was glad no one had messed with my truck, but you really hate to get that notification! But I must admit, the Owlcam is pretty impressive!

Yes it does, it costs $20 bucks per month, or about .66 per day.

He’s already scared to fish in the day time. You think he’s going to fish at night!

So the OwlCam is 'non-discriminatory' which kinda adds to it during 'these days'. Got any pics of the scat? Guys over at OwlCam would love to know...

Either way, Tone, glad it worked out for You...

It could have been worse. Some buzzards are known to eat rubber, like your wipers and windshield sealant.

Pretty cool. One of the guys at work had his alarm go off and that would have been handy. He has a nearly new full size Dodge pickup thats a good score for a thief.
