    Tackle Warehouse

    Ordered 7 rods and 7 reels from Tackle Warehouse
    and they sent me two free additional rods.
    Nice people!

    I know when they have sent extra baits by mistake they have told me to keep them but not sure about rods

    Definitely by mistake, they wouldn’t just add them to be “nice” unless it was part of a current promotion.

    I’d definitely be contacting them and good chance they’d want them back. I wouldn’t even consider keeping something I was sent by accident without contacting the company and having them tell me to directly.

    You are the 1 out of 100 customers who would have handled it like this. I hope at least they sent you a call tag so that they are paying for the shipping back. The wife one time ordered a pair of small lamps for some end tables from Amazon.. They arrived when she wasn't home and I carried the two huge boxes that arrived into the house. When she got home she was quite amazed at how big these boxes were. When she opened she realized they had shipped two CASES (4 ea carton) of the lamps. She immediately notified customer service who apologized and told her to keep the extras they wouldn't be requesting them back? Everyone in the family got new lamps for Christmas that year!

    I just opened my order and was shorted 2 different baits but was charged for them . An email is already on the way .

    Coincidence? Possibly an SKU error that led to your two baits being translated as two rods.
