Any rain in your part of the USA

Its dryer than a popcorn fart here in Western Ky, haven't had any rain in over five weeks. How about the rest of our great country? All of our corn, tobacco, early beans are beginning to look very thirsty!

Been a really dry spring, set a record for lowest amount of rainfall for May .17 inches. I have already given up on keeping my grass looking green letting it go dormant so I won’t have to mow as often.

We were more than 7 inches short of average rainfall for April/May and haven’t had a drop in 3 weeks. I normally mow every 5 days in May, haven’t mowed in 2 weeks, and the grass is crunchy in places. Of course, that’s a small matter for us—the grass will survive—but not a small matter for corn and beans that were planted last month.

We went made it to second place for the longest continuous stretch of days in a round of below 40 degrees last fall through this spring 140 somthing days,we were about 10 days short of all time record was set in the 1930s.
As of last Friday we've reached are average number of days of 90 or above for a whole summer....Rain has been pop up afternoon thunder showers hit and miss, the last week all tracking west-north west completely backwards from normal.

    ZERO

May be a few hours over the last 5 weeks. And several of those weeks were upper 80's to 90.

    Not good!

It's been absolutely horrible here. We finally got about 1/8" last night.

The spring has been very odd as well. We had a very warm March/April, and very cool May/June so far.

We're going down to Cape Hatteras this weekend and it's only supposed to be in the mid 70s all week down there. Can't say I've ever been down there in June and not seen 80*.

Missouri is bone dry as well, there will be a few showers today they say as a front comes in from the north and chances next week again, some will, most will not.

We got 6 inches last week in Eastern MT. That is way above average considering it was about half our annual amount
