He makes deals and then sell them on eBay out from under people. I sent payment to the wrong PayPal address for both fish’s finders yesterday. Contacted him explained the situation and he said he would wait until I got my refund back to pay him. I contacted him today to tell him I had not got the refund back yet, if I didn’t have it back by Friday I would just send him another payment. He then informed my he sold one of them last night on eBay

Given that the buyer was willing to send a second payment if he didn't get his refund by Friday that should have been considered a done deal.
We don't allow posting both on BBC and eBay for the simple reason that this can happen so I think you're done selling on here Dean.
