    Stuck Seat plug?

Hey Guys, have a 15 520c. I have always used the stainless seat plugs for the front deck holes. Last fall when I went to pull them they were both stuck. I was able to pry one out but one is completely stuck. Any tips on getting this out and why they are stuck? They used to slide in and out with ease but I can’t even get the plug even started in the one I was able to get out. I’m assuming the bushin is expanding for some reason. Any tips or solutions. Rarely use the front seat unless it gets rocking and rolling. Thanks

Worst case would be drilling a hole for a large easy-out and try to get the plug to spin.

I use the blade of my pocket knife to get under the edge of the plug. It is enough to lift it a bit. The clearance is tight, but I never found mine stuck.

Deep creep penetrating oil…let it sit overnight.
