    Optimax and Seastar Tiller bolt

I have a 2010, 175 hp optimax, serial #1B789623, that has a Seastar HC5345 front mounted hydraulic steering cylinder. It rattles and has too much clearance in the tiller bolt. I'd like to replace this with the seastar kit, but want to make sure that the kit I buy is correct. Would the kit be the Seastar HA5820? I noticed on my cylinder that the tiller bolt is put in from the top and the lock nut is on the bottom. I believe this is different than the installation instructions which show the bolt being put in from the bottom and lock nut on top. Does this make a difference? Could somebody comment on whether the kit I'm looking at is the right one and the proper bolt orientation? Thank you.

I appreciate it. Do you know if Seastar HA5820 is the right tiller kit?
