    Z18 single axle tire psi

Not sure if i'm overthinking this but max cold psi on the tires is saying 50psi but when I checked tires today for the first trip out tomorrow they were both over 60. After a quick google I did see a couple threads elsewhere saying to add 10psi if traveling 65mph+. Can this be right or should I bump these down? My gut is telling me 50psi and call it a day but not sure if anyone knows the reason why they would have came from factory/dealer much higher than rated?

This will be an oxymoron... do what the print on the tire says. Often there is good advice on the internet but the OEM manufacture is going to give the best advice.

Even at 50 psi, you can have wear in the middle of the treads. Over time the center will wear faster. 45 was my magic number.

Bout as cold as they were getting, was sitting in garage over the winter. So if anything they lost some psi and were still over 60

Sounds about 10-15 psi too high, but check max on tire

I was told many years ago at a huge Lake Fork T…. by trailer tech there put 50/50 at “70 degrees outside” air…
all car sized tires lose a pound a month no matter what … each season max them unless it’s 85 plus outside then go 2# less…
9 rigs later no air issues … every 4 months or each season..
