Optimax steady intermittent beep when key on, won't crank

I have a 2001 Optimax 150 (S/N OT322064) and this weekend it was running fine all day. Next day it started fine and as I was idling out of the cove it died. When to try restart and get steady intermittent beeping and it won't try to crank. Any suggestions? Main power relay perhaps?

Check all battery cable connections including on the motor, test battery state of charge and condition.
Check the cannon plug and carefully spread the male pins with a very thin bladed knife point or exacto blade, recheck.
Scan computer history and codes. May not be much availble on this model..
