150 Optimax intermittent beeps when key on, wont crank

ave a 2001 Optimax 150 (S/N OT322064) and this weekend it was running fine all day. Next day it started fine and as I was idling out of the cove it died. When to try restart and get steady intermittent beeping and it won't try to crank. Any suggestions? Main power relay perhaps?

fuel pumps running ????? doubtful on MPR is problem , do a spark test , might have crank position sensor problem , CDS scan of faults will verify cause
