T1 - Is this a crack, or just sloppy manufactoring?

So, pulled my T1 to clean it up and check for line, etc, and while cleaning it I noticed the below... not sureif this is a crack, or beginnings of a crack maybe? Haven't noticed it before but there are similar marks on each blade... so not sure if I actually have a crack or it's just a bit of sloppy manufactoring/welding possibly? Prop is OEM/stock, has not been worked.

And similar on the other two blades, but not as bad as the one above...

I have older T1 with cracked inner hub (that this one replaced) which has smooth transitions at that area from hub to blade, and also a backup T2 that is also smooth there as well. so a bit worried about this one.

There is something going on there. I would not trust it.

yeah I am getting fed up with the T series... That's two this year now :(. It might be time to move to the Merc prop family. I think the Tempest despite being a smaller hub than the T line get's pretty good marks on the SHO's... need to do some more research. Heck even the Scorpion gets ok reviews despite Mark C. talking about how they are junk metal... For $500 it might be a worthwhile buy even if just to have for a backup.

Tempest runs well with the Sho but they need to be worked first. Turbo fxp is another option.

If that was your work example submitted in welding school you would get expelled.

    Both T1's (and the T2 I have on now) were/are 25's.
