    Had the E ladder and went to the All aboard, no power poles just on a jack plate.

    I just recently bought the same ladder, I actually had to take the boat to them while we were at Table rock because Kevin had to make a new ladder, never charged me for putting it on, a great guy to deal with.

    I bought the All aboard ladder and mounted it to my jackplate. no poles. It works fine. Not fantastic but im happy with it. I can take a swim and cool off and get back in the boat.
