    New 18TRX owner

I just purchased a 2023 18TRX with a Mercury 200 Pro XS mounted on a Slidemaster manual jack plate. Motor is mounted in the 3rd hole from the top. I am interested in the height measurement from the gearcase nose to bottom of the hull. The dealership set this and I am looking for what others have for a comparison.

I have not fooled with mine yet, but I am pretty sure mine needs to come up some.

From what I’ve seen somewhere around 2.75”PTP when running a Tempest Plus. With a Bravo I FS you may want raise a little higher than that and with a Fury a little deeper.

I would run it as is and see how it does before you make any adjustments.
