Who Makes the Best Rough Water Bass Boat??

    https://www.lakewizard.com/post/best...ater-bass-boat

Although they are no longer made, I vote for my 2006 Stratos 201 XL 21.

Well, he's the "lakewizard" so he should know. Lost credibility with me when he said "best rough water boats" and chooses the 20ft model over the 21s. Put me in really rough water and I'd rather be in a Lynx or Jaguar than the Cougar. Would rather be in the Z521L than the 520. Would rather be in the F215 than the F205. Just IMHO.

Phoenix 921 Elite, Phoenix 21PHX or a Triton TR 21X (slow but rides good)

I think experience as a driver plays as much if not more in rough water than the boat. None ride good in what I call rough if you drive them the same as calm water days.

Rangers are a wet ride. Hull is made for fishing not riding in rough water.

Maybe if you're comparing to a tin boat. 20-21' offerings from Skeeter, stratos, Phoenix, caymas, Triton, champion, basscat, falcon and I'm sure others all ride better than a ranger

This is the correct answer. I know people who can make the best riding hulls on the water ride bad because they have a "fvck it send it" mentality. I don't like being sore from a rough boat ride so I make what I have ride as good as possible. My tin rig does ride good for a tin rig so...
