I have a 2021 with the 4 stroke, I think, and my memory sucks at times, I am at 3-1/8". I am only running two 27's and a 31 cranking battery. The 23 Fury 3 blade runs great. Speed wise I have run an easy 65 with myself and a coangler in the boat, and of course with half a Bass Pro shop on board, full livewells and fuel. Top speed has been 68.2 with the stock prop. I may get this one B&B'd this fall and see if I can make 70, which in a 19'8 boat is hauling rear! Hole shot is great, hardly even need to trim the motor to make it run well. I had a 721 before, sold it and tried something else, back to a bird less than a year later. I am running the 80lb Ultrex and have had no problems with it moving the boat around. I fish Toledo Bend and Sam Rayburn a lot and have not felt the need for a 36v, but up there you might be on one of them big lakes.

And it is obvious we both have good taste, an 819 being pulled by a 2016 F150 Ecoboost (3.5), sweet ride!

You have any questions, holler, glad to help out.
