    Xpress X19 Performance

I need some help from some of you with experience. I have a 2021 X19 with the 200 SHO. It came with a 25P powertech prop and 10” jackplate. I was disappointed to say the least. I raised prop to pad to around 3 1/4 inches and put a Turbo TXP 25P on it. Well, I ran it today. 5400 rpms and around 62mph. Not an enjoyable ride either. What do I do now? I’ve been told this turbo prop would tremendously help. Prop to pad??

Raise it till water pressure drops, then lower it a 1/4. If that doesn't increase your RPM you might have to drop a pitch.

5400 RPMs is kind of strange to me. I put a Turbo (I think FXP) 25p on my 2020 X21 when it was 200hp and ran closer to 5800-5900 RPMs at 62mph top end with full load. Not sure if this info helps...

I'm running a 23p fury on a f150 yamaha x19 and getting 6300 rpm but only 58mph. Was thinking about jumping up to a 25p but if the 200hp is only spinning 5400rpm, I might hold off. My on plane time is stupid quick with the fury. 15% slip per the calculator

Yeah I have no problem jumping on plane. I wouldn’t go to a 25 if I were you.

I think you have a 1.75 ratio on the sho. The F150 yamaha has a 2:1 ratio. You have an option to flash that sho all the way to 332hp :) I'm stuck with the internet rumored 160ish hp

I ran your numbers, yours is coming up as 15% slip as well, even with the 5400rpm

Define, specifically. Steering torque, porpoise, not lifting onto pad?

Are you sure you’re getting full pull on the throttle linkage/hot foot?

I have a 2008 X19 with a Yamaha F150 four stroke. By myself with 1/4 tank of fuel, I can hit 60mph. I've got it raised up to about 3.5 inches below pad. Got a good bit of steering torque (cable steering).
