What kind of hub do I need for 2007 188vs?

My Boat came with 1 cool hub and 1 grease. I think the cool hub might fail soon so wanted to know if anyone knew which hub I need to replace. I know vortex seems to be the way to go but how do I know which one to get? Never had to replace anything to do with this on my last boat so this part is new to me. Should I replace the spindle too?

    Same boat as mine.

replaced my cool hubs with vortex about 6 years ago and haven’t had any problems. Purchased directly from ranger and they come assembled on the spindles.

Good to know. Ranger takes a while to ship to me so I was hoping I could find somewhere else to purchase but I'll give them a call.

Trailer Parts Superstore TIEDOWN 1-3/8" x1-1/16", 5 on 4.5" Stud GalvXL VORTEX Kit #81013 You could also order a spindle too but these should fit

Thanks for the info. Do you think it's worth replacing the spindle at the same time? If I do that should I do both?

Does anyone know if this is the exact sizing I need for my trailer? TIEDOWN 1-3/8" x1-1/16", 5 on 4.5" I found a local supplier that has these but I don't want to take it all apart to find out it doesn't work. I know Greener said it should fit but I'd rather be 100%.

Make sure the hub you order is for disc brakes if you have them.
