    DAIWA smaller a rig rod

Looking for a 7’6”mh a rig rod in the DAIWA line up does anyone have any recommendations? It will only have two hooks and won’t weigh much over 1oz maybe 1.5oz

    Price?

I'd look at the Tatula Elite 7'6 MH Search Bait rod, rated up to 1 3/8oz, action is regular. I don't throw a-rigs cause Minnesota laws.

The old Steez XBD Frog Rod or the Steez AGS rod with the same specs (7’4 XH..up to 2 oz) is phenomenal for this application if you can find a deal. I have used one or the other off and on since 2012 for this exact app…doubles as a punching, bigger swimbait, or heavy cover frog rod when it warms up, after “A-rig season.”
