    Weather and St. Clair....

Reading older posts and looking at the map, I can see where high winds can mess with the water clairity on the lake. I plan to fish the west/south shoreline, how windy does it have to get to muddy the water???

    tks....

Rain plays a bigger role than wind

The wind can push the muddy water one way or another but the mud comes from rain runoff

Visit this site to get an idea of how muddy the lake is any given day

Mud can come and go quickly on that lake. It flushes quickly.

The wind can certainly effect you and the fishing anytime its 12+ miles an hour, but there are always places you can get out of it some.
