    2016 mercury throwing alarm but only once

    Looking for help, I’ve got a 2016 250 pro xs that is throwing a 4 beep alarm only 1 time per day, It has done it to me 3 times now, but the last time it wouldn’t go over 70 mph before or after the alarm. Both oil tank are full. Has anyone ever heard of this? Thanks I’m advance for any help.

    By "70", I suspect you meant ENGINE TEMPERATURE?

    If that's the case, DO NOT CONTINUE TO OPERATE. There's a considerably higher risk of engine failure due to COLD SEIZURE.
