    Want to loose and over 40?

    Just sending help if help is wanted.
    Get your testosterone levels checked.
    asked your doctor about phentermine.
    change your diet.

    found out my t was in the 230 range and was tired all the time. I ached all the time. I was 305lbs.

    Got on testosterone therapy. Started taking phentermine, protein shake for breakfast, apple and banana and protein bar for lunch, 5 beers and normal supper 2 years later 215lbs.
    continue with same diet but added 4 days 1 mile one treadmill down to 185lbs.
    Now trying to gain and loose flab.
    15 grams protein in coffee
    same breakfast
    same lunch with lean meat
    same beer
    same supper
    not starving
    splurging sometimes

    but now I’m doing 100 sit-ups 60 pushups 20 curls 4 morning a week. Easy routine now. Started at half that but worked up. Still trying to gain and loose at the same time. 3.5 years now.

    get the t levels checked yall. Changed my life.

    Forgot to add. I feel the best I have felt since my twenties. No aches or pains. I feel good. A blessing.
