found out my t was in the 230 range and was tired all the time. I ached all the time. I was 305lbs.
Got on testosterone therapy. Started taking phentermine, protein shake for breakfast, apple and banana and protein bar for lunch, 5 beers and normal supper 2 years later 215lbs.
continue with same diet but added 4 days 1 mile one treadmill down to 185lbs.
Now trying to gain and loose flab.

but now I’m doing 100 sit-ups 60 pushups 20 curls 4 morning a week. Easy routine now. Started at half that but worked up. Still trying to gain and loose at the same time. 3.5 years now.
