    Emagin buy out

So I've been in Emagin for awhile at a decent price. Now samsung has bought them out, and there is a lawsuit going saying they under paid.

Anyone experienced this? What do i do, just set on my share's? I've never had a company be bought out that i'm invested in.

I'm not sure about the lawsuit thing. If it's an all cash deal, your shares will convert to cash when the deal is done. No reason to hold the shares unless you think something might happen with the lawsuit and you'll get significantly more.

The bad part is, they sold at 2.08 if i was to sell now the price is hovering at the 2.01 mark. Guess i'll wait and see what happens with the suit.
