Getting stain out of marine grade vinyl

I had Mercury Quickare leak on my vinyl deck floor where it set a while. Now I have a greenish yellow stain that I can't wash out.

Suggestions for what I can use to remove? I thought about a bleach solution but thought I'd ask here first.

2 suggestions: 1) Oxi Clean stain remover. Or 2) GoJo waterless hand cleaner. The white smooth type, not the one with grit. Rub a liberal amount on the stain and cover with plastic wrap. Allow it to sit for a few hours then rinse.
