    1999 mercury 2 stroke 90 hp

I have a mercury 2 stroke 90 hp elpto 1999. The oil injection tank has a swiveling dipstick on the filler cap. Should the motor be level when I check the oil level in the oil injection tank? I’ve looked around on the internet and couldn’t find anything. Is there a place on the internet that I could find a owners manual on this motor that would tell me stuff like this?

Yes it should be level. Trim the motor down, remove dipstick, and fill.

+1.... Level trim before checking oil level in tank.

Keep tank level between 35% and 80% capacity.
