You can usually find parts here https://www.easternmarine.com/axles
not an easy job on the side off the road.! I have found that if I carry the parts and tools in the truck, then I don’t need them.! LOL, it’s only when I’m not prepared it happens.!

For about $400 you can get the trailing arm that has the hub/rotor assembly and a brake caliper with pads and it’s loaded with vault grease. Easier to change in a pinch. I think pacific trailers has them

Eastern marine has parts number for left or right hub, pacific boat trailers only has one hub. I didn’t see a left or right on the designation. Can you flip flop the caliper on the hub?

Dont they sell just the hub/rotar assembly without the trailing arm and brake caliber that is loaded with the vault grease?

I’m not sure they can do that as I think the vault cap gets filled with grease and when installed creates some pressure. I think if I remember correctly you screw on a grease fitting onto the spindle then use the vault grease in a grease Gun to fill the bearings then remove the grease fitting then the cap gets hand packed with grease and when installed it puts some pressure through the hub. I don’t think they can pre grease them properly without the hub being on a spindle. I assume it could all just come out the back of the hub

I carry a complete trailing arm assembly. One big nut and bolt holds it on and then there is also the brake line. They are not specific to one side of the trailer unless it has parking brake from how I understand things. Pacific trailer should have it, or you can check with your local dealer, that's where I got mine.

this makes for a very easy swap especially if you’re on the side of the road somewhere

Is this the trailing arm assembly you guys are using?

Pacific doesn't specify left or right, the ones on Amazon do and use a slightly different part number. I like these, thanks for the info guys.

That seems correct to me, but I can't say for sure. I have a 6 lug single axle trailer, so different part numbers.
