Solix 10"s Not Recognizing Mega 360 0n Bow

My buddy has two Solix 10's on bow and a Solix 15 on helm. Mega live and mega 360 on minn kota ultrex. 4 batteries, one dedicated to graphs, one cranking and two trolling. He had a power issue, charger wasn't charging graph battery. We corrected that issue. Now his Solix 10's won't recognize the Mega 360 when we connect them to the Mega 360 transducer. When we connect the Solix 15 at the bow it works fine. Every thing worked fine before the battery drain issue. He has plenty of power at bow. Like I said when we connect the Solix 15 to bow wiring and transducer it sees it and works fine. The other two Solix 10 units when connected to bow wiring and transducer don't recognize it. Is there a feature in the setting we could be missing? Should we just restore to factory settings?

Update: Worked with Hummingbird today and found out two 10's are Gen1 and not compatible with Mega360. They work fine with 360. The 15 is a Gen3 and that will have to go on bow. Not sure how it was able to work before on the 10's.
